The cryogenic ball valve is applicable to different pipeline.By adopting different materials, the cryogenic ball valve is applicable to different working temperature and medium.The minimum temperature for the ball valve is -196 Degree C . The operation of the ball valve can be manual operated, gear operated, pneumatic operated and motor operated. The end connection usually is flanged ends. However, the welded ends are also optional.

The cryogenic ball valve has two types: floating ball and trunnion mounted ball. For their range, face to face dimension and flange dimension, please refer to the corresponding data of common floating ball valve and trunnion mounted ball valve. For valves with working temperature above -50 Degree C, long neck design is seldom adopted. For valves with working temperature below-50 Degree C, the neck length T shall be 250mm, or shall be decided as per our own design and calculation.

The three - way ball valve can be divided into L type and T type. The L type three way ball valve is used to switch the medium flow direction, so that the two vertical channels can be connected. The three way ball valve usually adopts the two seat structure, and it can also adopt four seat structure according to the user's request. The four valve seat sealing three ball valve has beautiful shape and compact structure. It can not only switch the flow direction of the medium, but also make the three channels interconnected. At the same time, it can close any channel, make the other two channels connected, and flexibly control the flow or shunt of the medium in the pipeline.

The pneumatic ball valve is a pneumatic actuator with a ball valve. Pneumatic actuators perform relatively fast, and the fastest switching speed is 0.05 seconds / times, so it is usually called pneumatic quick shut-off of ball valves. The pneumatic ball valve is usually equipped with various accessories such as the solenoid valve, the gas source treatment triad, the limit switch, the locator, the control box, etc. to achieve local control and long distance centralized control. In the control room, the valve switch can be controlled. It does not need to run to the scene or at the high altitude and the dangerous zone. It saves human resources, time and safety.
